Saman Villas Hotel offers 26 well appointed suites plus one two-storey villa. All accommodation units are well-furnished and have the modern amenities to keep you relaxed and comfortable during your stay. Each suite is carefully positioned to provide spectacular views of the shoreline and sea. The hotel restaurant serves a wide variety of eastern, western and Sri Lankan dishes along with an extensive world class wine. Guests can relax and have their favourite drink or cocktail at the bar.

  Each with a terrace, small garden with private sun beds and a 7 meter long swimming pool overlooking the shoreline and sea.
- Grand Deluxe Suite with Pool
  This elegantly suite features a terrace and small garden with sun beds. The sleeping deck opens out to a swimming pool overlooking the ocean.
- Saman Villa Suite with Pool
  The exclusively designed suite offers two floors of luxury.
  The ground floor consists of a terrace, an exquisitely designed sitting room and a large bathroom which opens into a large sundeck and a 7 meter secluded swimming pool, which affords complete privacy.
  The upper floor of the villa consists of a large bedroom with a living area, attached bathroom and a large balcony opening out to the ocean.

Following the direction of government authorities and as part of their commitment to the health and safety of guests, hotels globally may not be operating with buffet service in restaurants ( for breakfast / lunch or dinner ) in strict accordance with health and safety guidelines and instead offer an a la carte option / in room dining.
