Begin your journey at Huaca Pucllana, an ancient ceremonial site with striking platforms and plazas in vibrant Miraflores. Continue to Lima’s UNESCO-listed historic centre to admire the Plaza de Armas, flanked by landmarks like the Government Palace and Cathedral of Lima, which houses Francisco Pizarro’s tomb. Visit the Convent of Santo Domingo, known for its intricate tiles and Saint Dominic-themed artworks. Wrap up at the Larco Museum, showcasing an exceptional collection of pre-Columbian artifacts, including its famed exhibit of erotic pottery.

Upon arrival, board a bus to the ancient citadel where you will be lead through iconic sites like the Intihuatana, Temple of the Sun and Sacred Plaza.After your tour, return to Aguas Calientes to relax in natural hot springs or explore the lively town and its colourful markets.

Spend your morning at leisure. Opt for an early visit to Machu Picchu to witness the sunrise or hike Huayna Picchu for breathtaking views. Later, take the train back to Cusco where you'll have time to unwind.
