- Trade Winds : Poolside and swim-up bar with swing seating. Snacks, beverages, and cocktails. Evening music and dancing. Another swim-up bar can be found at the second pool.
- Rincon Mexicano:Small plates with big flavors are the house specialty here, with each tasty taco offering a gourmet experience like no other.
- El Mediterraneo: Delectable seafood, grilled veggies and meats, and delightfully complex flavors make up a number of Nouvelle Mediterranean specialties.

  Including all the features of the One Bedroom Suite these 1,959 square-foot penthouse suites feature a large living and dining area for six people, a separate bedroom, a steam shower in addition to the double hot tub, terrace with a pool, and plenty of space for entertaining.
