A stunning Caribbean-inspired outdoor bar with classic furnishings and lovely materials. Its west-facing seashore makes it a casual but cool spot for sundowners and the green flash on a clear evening. Our talented and pleasant bartenders can mix your cocktail.
Entertainment
Live entertainment is available every winter and certain summer nights. Steel band, jazz, piano, reggae, calypso. Thursday nights feature a full barbecue with fillet and sirloin steaks, marinated breast of chicken, hog ribs, lamb chops, pork sausages, beef burgers, jumbo prawns, fresh catch of the day, and fish kebabs. On all other evenings, the à la carte menu comprises classical adaptations, international fusions, and local cuisine.
The Restaurant
This is alfresco eating at its finest, overlooking the tranquil Caribbean sea on Barbados' West Coast. The beautiful Coral Reef restaurant offers daily changing a la carte menus that include fresh seafood and meals that combine classical cuisine with Caribbean ingredients and spices. Hance Bannister, the Executive Chef, leads a team of skilled chefs who have worked in some of the greatest European and Caribbean establishments.

  Garden Rooms & Cottages have king or twin beds, a bathroom (most have a shower) and a patio or balcony. These garden-view rooms/cottages sleep two persons. Four air-conditioned single Garden Rooms accommodate one adult. They have a queen bed, bathroom, and balcony or terrace and are smaller than double rooms.
- Superior or Luxury Junior Suite
  Junior Suites feature a huge king-size or twin-sized bedroom with a sitting space, a beautiful bathroom with separate shower and tub and a large terrace or balcony. These Suites sleep two adults. One child under 12 can sleep on the couch bed in Superior Junior Suites in the gardens. The front half of the gardens faces the sea and has luxury Junior Suites. Most have pool views, although others have sea views.
- Luxury Cottage/Suite
  Ground-floor cottages or first-floor suites with king or twin beds, dressing areas, en-suite bathrooms with separate showers and tubs, air-conditioned living rooms with sofa beds, huge patios, and private plunge pools. These Cottages sleep three adults or two adults and two children. The front portion of the gardens faces the sea. Most have garden views.
- Luxury Plantation Suite
  The five Luxury Plantation Suites have air-conditioned bedrooms with four-poster or canopied beds, living rooms with TVs and dressing areas, and huge bathrooms with walk-in showers and separate tubs. A big covered terrace has a plunge pool and a starting pack sundeck. All Plantation Suites have sea views and sleep two adults. Children under 12 aren't allowed. If needed, two suites can change from king to twin.
Special Offers

Following the direction of government authorities and as part of their commitment to the health and safety of guests, hotels globally may not be operating with buffet service in restaurants ( for breakfast / lunch or dinner ) in strict accordance with health and safety guidelines and instead offer an a la carte option / in room dining.
